PLEASE ALLOW TIME ON YOUR JOURNEY FOR HEAVY TRAFFIC AS YOU WOULD IF YOU WERE CATCHING A FLIGHT
Arrival time is 30 mins prior to the start time of your session for registration and safety briefing.
Failure to arrive on time will result in a reduction of track time or loss of slot and any deposit.
Arriving more than 15 mins after the agreed start time will result in the event being cancelled, without refund of any money paid.
Drivers must wear flat-soled shoes (e.g. training shoes). Heels / sandals / open toed shoes are not permitted.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Group / Event / Corprate bookings to be paid for in full 14 days prior to racing.
All other payments to be made in full prior to session – by cash or card at the track or by card over the phone.
Alcohol or drugs must not, under any circumstances be consumed before or during the event.
Persons suspected to be under the influence of drink or drugs will not be permitted to drive and no refund issued.
Breath tests may be requested by staff members.
Any persons by way of unreasonable conduct either on or off the track will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
Safety is a priority anyone not adhering to the safety brief details will be removed and no refund given this is for your safety and of others.
Karting is not bumpers it is a no contact sport for safety reasons.
Karting is not suitable for anyone with heart or breathing difficulties, back/neck problems, pregnant women or people with a nervous disposition. You are present at your own risk – know the rules… MOTORSPORT IS DANGEROUS.

Booking Your Karting All karting must be pre-booked – either by phone or email. Customers are required to arrive 30minutes prior to karting for briefing. Customers may bring their own helmets and/or race gear, provided they meet with current safety standards
